Part-Time Teller Milo (32 Hours)

Location: Milo
Status: Part-time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Process a variety of transactions using own judgement regarding the validity of transactions presented. Refer questionable transactions to Branch Operations Specialist and Vault Teller.
- Accept deposits, verifies cash/food stamps and endorsements, and issues receipts.
- Cash checks within the limits assigned.
- Receive savings deposits and withdrawals, verifies signatures, posts interest and updates passbooks when necessary.
- Prepare daily cash settlement of teller cash and proof transactions.
* Open Select Savings Club accounts.
* Open new accounts, sells Traveler's Checks and bonds, and assist customers with safe deposit box when necessary.
Functions as the Bank's primary contact with the public:
- serve customers in a cordial manner to encourage satisfaction with service.
Cross-sell other products and services to the Bank's customers.

Requirements:
* Sales skills and cross-selling ability.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience with customer relations.
* Familiar with Bank's products and services.
* Strong computer skills.

Physical Requirements:
* Requires standing most of the time.
* Occasional walking and sitting.
* Uses eyes, ears, hands and fingers to write, count cash, operate keyboard, phone and to perform most functions.
* Reaches with arms to count cash back to customer.
