Branch Manager Camden Square
Location: Camden Square
Status: Full-time
Primary responsibilities consist of managing Waldoboro office, overseeing branch operations, working with team to creatively meet established sales initiatives, and assisting customers with various bank transactions.
· Coordinates activities of branch stakeholders engaged in servicing customers. Includes coaching, leadership, and career development of each team member.
· Interviews and profiles customers to help meet their financial needs; opens various bank accounts; originate loans and resolves customer issues.
· Directs and coordinates activities to implement institution's policies, procedures, and practices concerning the origination or granting of consumer transactions.
·Examine, evaluate, and process loan applications. Follow procedures for safekeeping and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities.
·Prepare financial reports required by law, bank regulation and management.
·Work in conjunction with Market Manager to create and administer annual sales plan for the Waldoboro office.
·Continuously contact customers, business representatives, and community/civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business.
·Responsible for day-to-day facility management of Waldoboro.
·Support and promote the Bank's CRA Policy.
The formal education needed to perform the duties and fulfill the responsibilities of the job; equivalent to a four-year college degree.
