Camden National Bank offers the following benefits to our benefit-eligible employees (regular status stakeholders working 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate):
- Employee Banking Services - Take advantage of service charge free checking/savings accounts and check orders, plus reduced or waived fees on consumer loans and mortgages, credit cards and more.
- Health Benefits - Choose from employee only, or employee with family options for health and dental insurance. Camden National Bank pays the cost of full-time employee coverage and subsidizes 60% of family coverage. Part-time employees receive a reduced rate.
- Life Insurance - As a full-time employee, the company automatically provides one times annual base salary for life insurance coverage and you can choose to increase coverage up to five times your annual base salary at a competitive rate.
- Short-term disability - Company funded income replacement of 60-100% of salary for employees who are unable to work due to a disability such as illness, injury or child-birth.
- Long-term disability - The Company provides 60% coverage to Full-time status employees with the option to increase to 66.66%.
- Reimbursement Accounts- The health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts help pay for health care items not covered by insurance, and dependent care expenses for child care or elder care, on a pre-tax basis.
- Performance-based Compensation - Outstanding Performance is rewarded with competitive compensation packages, opportunities for bonus payouts and sales incentive programs.
