CNB Names Two New Directors
Frank O’Hara, Jr. and John Rohman Join Camden National Bank Board of Directors - 6/26/2007
CAMDEN, Maine, June 26, 2007 -Winfield F. Robinson, chairman of the Board of Directors for Camden National Bank, announced that Francis J. O'Hara, Jr. and John M. Rohman recently joined the board of directors of Camden National Bank. Mr. O'Hara is the vice president of the O'Hara Corporation based in Rockland, Maine and Mr. Rohman is the president and chief executive officer of WBRC Architects∙Engineers headquartered in Bangor, Maine.

"As recognized leaders in their respective areas, they bring to our board a wealth of expertise and experience in the field of business management in Maine as well as a real understanding of the importance of community development."
In 1984, Mr. O'Hara joined his family's business, the O'Hara Corporation, which remains as a fourth generation family-owned business operating in Maine and Massachusetts for one hundred years. Supporting maritime-industry and seafaring traditions time-honored in Maine, the O'Hara Corporation operates herring vessels in Maine and trawlers in Alaska, the full-service Journey's End Marina in Rockland, a retail and wholesale ice manufacturing plant, and a lobster bait processing and distribution facility in the Midcoast. Mr. O'Hara held a number of positions in the company before being named vice president.
Previously, Mr. O'Hara was with Frost & Bryant in Camden and Goudy & Stevens Shipbuilding in East Boothbay.
A Camden native, Mr. O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Stonehill College. He is a member of the Penobscot Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and the North Pacific Fishing Vessel Owners Association. He serves as a board member of Coastal Affordable Housing.
Mr. Rohman has extensive broad-based interior design and programming experience coupled with 25 years of diversified experience in engineering design. Joining WBRC Architects∙Engineers in 1973, Mr. Rohman has served as principal contact with clients for programming and project management on numerous statewide projects including commercial and college institutional facilities. Mr. Rohman is now president and CEO of WBRC Architects∙Engineers.
A longtime Bangor resident, Mr. Rohman has won many awards for his extensive public service and numerous board activities that focus on education, the arts, economic development, and public policy. Highlights include serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University of Maine Alumni Association, Chairman of the Maine Creative Economy Council, Chairman of the Maine Arts Commission, and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New England School of Communications. He is a director for the Maine State Chamber of Commerce, Action Committee of 50, and the National Council for the Traditional Arts as well as a trustee for Husson College.
Mr. Rohman's past community involvement includes serving as a director for the National Folk Festival in Bangor, the Bangor Symphony Orchestra, and Maine Crafts Association. He was also a member of the Bangor City Council and served as the Mayor of Bangor in 2001.
Mr. Rohman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Husson College. He also studied interior design at the Boston Architectural Center. Mr. Rohman served in the 1st Air Cav Division in Vietnam.
