Gimlewicz Joins Camden National
Gimlewicz Named Vice President, Finance, Budget & Forecast Manager for Camden National Corporation - 3/24/2008
CAMDEN, Maine, March 24, 2008 -Camden National Corporation Chief Financial Officer Sean Daly announced that Paul E. Gimlewicz recently joined the Company as Vice President, Finance, Budget & Forecast Manager. Based at the Hanley Center in Rockport, Paul will have responsibility for managing Camden National's annual budget process and forecasting.
Paul has more than 23 years of diverse experience in finance and strategic planning. Prior to joining Camden National, Paul served as a senior financial analyst with the law firm of Dechert, LLP in Philadelphia. Previously, he held senior management positions with MBNA America Bank in Delaware and several Boston-based companies. Paul also served for six years as a sergeant and squad leader with the Army National Guard in Boston.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bryant University and a Masters in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University. He served as a member of the Presidential Scholar Steering Committee for West Chester University and as a mentor and corporate liaison with the MBNA Education Foundation.
Paul and his family have relocated from West Chester, Pennsylvania and live in Camden.
