CNB Names Gilbert Senior Vice President
Linda Gilbert Named Senior Vice President at Camden National - 3/31/2008
CAMDEN, Maine, March 31, 2008 -Linda D. Gilbert has recently been named Senior Vice President, Regional Retail Manager for Camden National Bank. In this position, Linda has responsibility for Camden National's retail branches in Piscataquis, Somerset, and North Franklin Counties including business development, sales, and associates goals.
With nearly 25 years of experience in the banking industry, Linda joined Camden National Bank in 2000 as a regional sales manager for the greater Piscataquis County area. Linda was named a regional vice president later in 2000 and a regional vice president and market manager in 2003. Linda's responsibilities expanded in 2006 to include oversight for all commercial and residential lending in the bank's western market. Prior to joining Camden National Bank, Linda held a number of retail branch and sales management positions with Maine banks.

A Maine native, Linda attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle. Linda is a graduate of the New England School of Banking and certified as a Financial Paraplanner by the College for Financial Planning.
A resident of Sangerville, Linda serves as a member of the board of directors and finance committee of the Piscataquis Economic Development Committee, as well as a member of the board of directors of the CA Dean Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home. Linda also serves as treasurer of the Guilford Development Corporation and a legislative contact for the Maine Bankers Association.
