Maine Media Workshops Hosts William Wegman Exhibit and Annual Open House - 5/6/2008
CAMDEN, Maine, May 6, 2008 - Calling all dog lovers! Camden National Bank is pleased to sponsor two upcoming events hosted by Maine Media Workhops in honor of man's best friend: "Wegman World" on June 28, 2008 and an annual open house on June 29, 2008. Both events are free and open to the public, thanks to the support of Camden National Bank.
On Saturday, June 28, 2008, Maine Media Workshops will host "Wegman World" in Rockport harbor- an all-day visual arts festival celebrating the work of renowned photographer, artist, and filmmaker William Wegman. This family-friendly event includes films for children and adults, exhibits, and a reception. Along with their canine friends, the public is invited to tour the Workshop Campus at 70 Camden Street in Rockport to learn more about photography and filmmaking in Maine and to pose for free family portraits - with their dogs. Refreshments will be served for all to enjoy.
