Overdraft Privilege(sm)

Overdraft Privilege is a valuable service provided to eligible personal checking account customers. Rather than automatically returning, unpaid, any non-sufficient funds items that you may have, we may approve your reasonable overdrafts.

We will, as a discretionary courtesy or service*, pay any non-sufficient funds items that you may have on your account.

This discretionary service* will generally be limited to a $700.00 overdraft (negative) balance on eligible checking accounts. For more information and for eligibility requirements on Overdraft Privilege, please contact our Customer Assistance Center at 1-800-860-8821 or via email.

*The Overdraft Privilege service does not constitute an actual or implied agreement between you and the Bank; nor does it constitute an actual or implied obligation of or by the Bank. This service presents a purely discretionary courtesy or privilege that the Bank may provide to you from time to time and which may be withdrawn or withheld by the Bank at any time without prior notice, reason, or cause.
