Camden, Maine, July 22, 2014 – Tim Nightingale, executive vice president and senior loan officer for Camden National Bank , is pleased to welcome Amanda Look as vice president, commercial lending officer for Washington and Hancock counties. Look will be located in Ellsworth and report to Derek Hayes, vice president, commercial regional manager.
"I am pleased to have Amanda join our commercial lending team. She brings with her a commitment to community banking and support for the businesses in our markets, which will ensure our commercial clients receive excellent service every day,” said Nightingale.
Look will serve the area’s commercial clients, providing cash management products and loans to existing commercial, non-profit and municipal customers. A native of Surry, she has lived in the area most of her life. She understands the uniqueness of the region and the importance of small businesses to its continued growth.
“Amanda’s experience, combined with her roots in the community, gives her a real advantage,” said Derek Hayes. “She understands the local market, and the sometimes distinctive nature of banking needs in a coastal community. She is a wonderful addition.”
Look received a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from Colby-Sawyer College, and is also a 2008 graduate of Northern New England School of Banking. She is presently pursuing her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Active in the local community, she serves on the boards of Downeast Family YMCA and the Washington Hancock Community Agency. Look lives in Columbia Falls with her husband, Nick and daughter, Mia.
