Your secure access

With time and technology, we’ve made authenticating your identity even more secure. Whether you call us or log into your digital banking account, we have protocol in place that helps us know it’s you.

Verifying your information
When you call us, we follow clear guidelines that specify what identifiable information we must ask you for to compare against our records and feel confident that we know who we’re talking with.

Login ID and password
It may only be the first step of identifying you when you log in to your account, but it’s an important piece that needs protecting. Never share your login credentials with anyone or write them down, and be creative about your password. If it’s easy to guess, it’s safe to assume that someone will. It’s also a great idea to change your password frequently.

Secure access codes
After you’ve entered your username and password, if we don’t recognize the device you’re using for whatever reason, we’ll ask you to receive and enter a secure access code before proceeding. You can select to have the code sent to the email, cell or phone number we have on file for you. Learn more about secure access codes in our FAQ Center

Touch Authentication
Our iPhone app allows you to enable Touch ID so that you can quickly and easily log in using your fingerprint. Keeping a frequent eye on your account(s) has never been so easy! We’re always considering innovative ways of keeping your account access convenient and secure.
