Sending information through email, and even entering information on websites, is not always secure. Yet sometimes, stopping by the banking center or picking up the phone isn’t the most convenient way of getting your question answered or information back to us. So below are some tools we’ve employed to help with just that.
Secure email system
If you’re working with someone at the Bank, there may be an occasion where you want to securely share sensitive or confidential information over email. Our email encryption service, called Mimecast, can make that possible starting with a quick email invite with the subject: Camden National Bank Mimecast Registration Invitation. Registration is quick and easy through your web browser, only needs to be done once for your login credentials to work the next time, and will give you the peace of mind to know that anything you send us through the Mimecast portal is secure. 
Secure messaging
Do you use Camden National Bank’s online banking? You’ll find a number of places within online and mobile banking where you can send us a secure message. Start a “New Conversation” after choosing Messages from the menu, or “Ask about account” if you are on an Account Details screen. Expect to hear back from us as quickly as same day.
