Building strong leaders and mentors

Over 200 employees have now graduated from our Horizons leadership development program. This year-long training program is designed for high-potential employees from across the bank who are looking to take their leadership skills to the next level. We also organize annual conferences for leaders at different levels at the bank to come together, network, and learn about different topics from leadership styles, coaching best practices, and more.
